Mangosoft is a full-service digital product company based in North Macedonia. We design, build, and maintain web applications, SaaS platforms, e-commerce stores, ERP systems, CRM tools, and custom software solutions for businesses across Europe and beyond. We also operate our own ecosystem of products including MafinX, MangoPaid, Pingi, Tippito, MangoCare, and MangoFit.

Our headquarters are in Struga, North Macedonia (Pablo Neruda 17, 6330 Struga). We have been operating since 2015 and serve clients globally β€” with a strong presence in Switzerland, Germany, the UK, and the wider Balkan region. All work is performed in-house by our core team.

Working With Us

We follow a four-phase process: Planning & Consulting (requirements, roadmap, architecture), UI & UX Design (wireframes, prototypes, design system), Development (iterative sprints with regular client demos), and Testing & Release (QA, staging, production deployment). Depending on scope, we then transition to ongoing maintenance.

Both. We have worked with early-stage startups building their first MVP (€5k–€15k) and established enterprises running multi-year platform contracts. We tailor our engagement model to your situation. Our philosophy is "start small, grow together" β€” many of our largest clients started with a modest first project.

Yes. Team extension / staff augmentation is a service we actively offer. We can embed one or more of our engineers directly into your development workflow, using your tools, processes, and communication channels. This works especially well for Swiss and German companies looking for high-quality Balkan engineering talent.

Absolutely. We sign mutual NDAs before any sensitive information is shared. All intellectual property created for a client project is formally transferred to the client upon final payment, as documented in our standard project agreement. We take IP protection seriously.

Technology

Our primary stack is PHP (Laravel) for backend, Vue.js and React for frontend, and MySQL / PostgreSQL for databases. We also work with Node.js, Python, Docker, and various cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner). We choose the best tool for each problem β€” not the most fashionable one.

Yes. We regularly take over, audit, refactor, and extend existing codebases. We begin with a technical audit to understand the current state, identify risks, and propose a phased improvement plan β€” so you never face unnecessary rewrites or disruption to live services.

We can assist with server configuration, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and cloud deployments. We typically recommend and configure hosting on behalf of clients who prefer a turnkey solution, though the infrastructure account remains in your name. Ongoing DevOps retainers are available.

Pricing & Timelines

Project costs vary widely depending on scope, complexity, and timeline. As a guide: a solid MVP typically starts from €8,000–€15,000; a mid-size SaaS platform ranges from €20,000–€60,000; enterprise-grade systems are priced individually. A typical MVP takes 8–14 weeks from kick-off to launch. Larger platforms with complex integrations may take 4–9 months. We always define a clear timeline in the project proposal, broken down by milestone, so you know exactly what to expect at every stage.

Our standard structure is milestone-based: an initial deposit (typically 30%), followed by payments tied to agreed project milestones, and a final payment upon delivery. For ongoing retainer work, we invoice monthly. We accept bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA) and major payment platforms.

After Launch

Yes β€” ongoing maintenance is core to how we work. We offer flexible monthly retainer packages covering bug fixes, security updates, performance monitoring, and feature iterations. Most clients choose a maintenance plan so they can focus on growing their business without worrying about the technical side.

You own everything we build. We deliver complete source code, documentation, deployment guides, and database schemas. We also offer a handover sprint β€” typically 1–2 weeks β€” where we brief the incoming team, answer questions, and ensure a smooth transition. No lock-in, ever.
