Handle German emails, client notes, confirmations, and internal updates with accuracy and a professional tone.
Maintain records, organize requests, prepare summaries, update systems, and support daily backoffice workflows.
An economics background is an advantage for understanding invoices, business processes, commercial documents, and client administration.
Administration, documentation, German communication, and operational support.
Work closely with the Mangosoft team on organized daily office operations.
